Responsibilities
- Advise clients, participate in project framing, and challenge proposed ideas to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Lead the build and agile development of applications using software craftsmanship practices.
- Develop full-stack applications with Java, Python, React, Angular, or Vue, and explore Gen AI use cases.
- Contribute to Software Engineer R&D, technology watch, and software engineering best practices.
- Train and mentor colleagues while supporting their skills and career development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated senior-level technical leadership in full-stack software engineering or consulting.
- Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, React, Angular, or Vue.
- Knowledge of software craftsmanship practices including TDD, DDD, pair programming, and code review.
- Interest in Gen AI, responsible digital practices, eco-design, and accessibility.
- French proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to question and challenge ideas.
