Responsibilities
- Build and ship new frontend and backend features end-to-end in collaboration with the Product team.
- Refactor, fix bugs, optimize, and otherwise improve the codebase.
- Collaborate with teammates to solve technical issues and difficult problems affecting tens of thousands of customers.
- Mentor fellow developers, share knowledge, and raise engineering standards.
- Act as Tech Lead on selected topics by driving quality, making technical choices, and aligning delivery.
- Lead delivery of multiple projects and improve scalability and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 7+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience across frontend and backend.
- Strong skills in Node.js, React, and MongoDB.
- Proven experience building and maintaining web applications.
- Fluent French and English communication skills.
- Ability to work from within the French timezone, plus or minus two hours.
- Preferred: B2B SaaS startup experience, self-taught or side-project development experience, and a passion for experimentation and creation.
