Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications using Java and Angular.
- Technically lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Define and implement modern application architectures, including microservices.
- Ensure the quality of code and deliverables through testing, best practices, and code reviews.
- Support developers’ skills growth through mentoring and guidance.
- Contribute to technical decisions with architects.
- Help implement DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Address performance, scalability, and maintainability challenges.
- Collaborate closely with business and product teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Java full-stack development with Java and Angular.
- Previous successful experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer.
- Advanced knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, security, and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architectures and ability to design and challenge application architectures with architects.
- Proficiency with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
- Experience in banking or financial services is appreciated.
- Advanced daily use of AI is expected.
- Fluent English for an international environment.
