Responsibilities
- Support recovery, stabilization, and realignment of projects facing significant delivery challenges.
- Identify issues, assess impacts, define recovery solutions, and execute turnaround plans.
- Coordinate sprints, track issues, manage team-level quality, and support day-to-day delivery execution.
- Monitor schedule, quality, financial, risk, compliance, and delivery-experience metrics.
- Prepare reports for steering committees, executive reviews, and status meetings.
- Track SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, budget compliance, effort variance, rework costs, and EAC recovery.
- Manage RAID logs, delivery risks, quality gates, internal compliance, and documentation.
- Provide hands-on support for complex technical and project-level challenges across teams.
- Coordinate with leads, testers, developers, client testers, business SMEs, and platform leads to resolve dependencies and delivery bottlenecks.
- Mentor technical teams and develop reusable assets, knowledge bases, and recovery playbooks.
- Support workforce planning, readiness tracking, onboarding quality, and delivery governance.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite is required.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major enterprise platform such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or another supply chain platform.
- Experience with Agile and systems-integration delivery principles, transformation excellence, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience with application or development lifecycle tools and AMS environments.
- Ability to manage schedules, costs, quality, risks, compliance, and project recovery activities.
- PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Relevant SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or supply chain platform certifications are preferred.
- Exposure to GenAI technologies is valued.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
