Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure and platform engineering work across infrastructure development, DevOps, and GitOps.
- Automate infrastructure using Ansible, shell scripting, PowerShell, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD capabilities using Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Support on-premises infrastructure, operating systems, middleware, BI platforms, containerization, and monitoring environments.
- Resolve infrastructure issues and contribute to scalable software development lifecycle environments while applying security and compliance best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure development, DevOps, or GitOps.
- Proficiency in Python programming and strong on-premises infrastructure experience.
- Experience with Ansible, shell scripting, PowerShell, Java, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.
- Preferred qualifications include Linux or Windows expertise, Terraform, Solace, IBM MQ, Power BI, monitoring and observability tools, Docker, microservices architecture, security and compliance practices, and cloud certifications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, initiative, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
