Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards to ensure software quality.
- Analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and make key technical decisions.
- Lead best-practice implementation to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor team members and support their professional and technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components.
- Monitor project progress and address technical challenges and risks proactively.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns for custom software development.
- Experience setting and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing collaborative development environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
