Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and build valuable solutions.
- Design systems considering accuracy, latency, cost, and compliance.
- Transform manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience, not just AI strategy or management.
- Experience in building AI agents, LLM apps, or automation workflows.
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Good judgment on automation opportunities.
- Ability to deliver working systems and improve reliability over time.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or operations automation is a plus.
