Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient Go services using domain-driven design.
- Build and maintain event pipelines between the operator-facing layer and the autonomy stack.
- Define and extend RESTful API contracts and deliver real-time state through event-driven and streaming connections.
- Maintain PostgreSQL data, versioned migrations, service instrumentation, and system observability.
- Build and maintain TypeScript, React, and Next.js operator web applications.
- Develop interactive operator tools including 3D map editors, live fleet views, and node-based scenario editors.
- Render high-frequency vehicle and perception data over WebSocket while keeping browser interfaces responsive.
- Own features end to end across database schemas, APIs, and operator-facing screens.
- Write and maintain unit, component, and end-to-end automated tests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of work experience in backend software engineering or a related field.
- Experience building resilient services and concurrent, high-traffic systems using Go or similar backend languages.
- Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful APIs, preferably with Go frameworks such as Fiber or Gin.
- Experience with relational databases, ORM, query optimization, and schema migrations, such as PostgreSQL and GORM.
- Experience with message-driven architectures and event pipelines such as Kafka.
- Production experience with TypeScript and React, preferably Next.js, plus client-side and server-state management tools such as TanStack Query and Zustand.
- Experience building complex, data-heavy user interfaces with a component library or design system such as Mantine.
- Fluent in Korean and English, with strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes large-scale distributed systems, real-time or streaming systems, Prometheus, Grafana, 3D graphics or WebGL, map and geospatial visualization, node- or canvas-based editors, Protocol Buffers, frontend testing tools, internationalized applications, robotics, autonomous driving, or fleet management systems.
