Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and enhance scalable o9 Digital Brain use cases for planner adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Translate requirements into performant models, analytics, and workflows across demand, supply, inventory, IBP, and scenario management.
- Configure planning logic, data models, metrics, dashboards, alerts, workflows, scenarios, and planner versions.
- Optimize models for performance and scalability and establish standards for reusability, maintainability, governance, and platform maturity.
- Contribute reusable components to the Center of Excellence library, review and govern other configurations, and mentor junior developers.
- Lead stakeholder discussions on planning logic, trade-offs, adoption, innovation modeling, proofs of concept, and platform roadmaps.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Management, or equivalent.
- Hands-on delivery of o9 configurations solving supply-chain planning, APS, or IBP problems.
- Strong understanding of APS and IBP, including single-domain and cross-domain decision-enabling scenarios.
- Understanding of o9 performance internals and best practices.
- Experience configuring planning processes that consume AI/ML model and workflow innovations.
- Experience working across data analytics, visualization, and deployment ecosystems.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first, collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
