Base Salary
$125k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems integrating large language models with enterprise data.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications to deliver contextual insights.
- Build and iterate on conversational agents that solve real-world problems.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact features aligned with business goals.
- Drive quality and performance through automated testing and data-driven evaluations.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or relevant engineering field.
- 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including 1-2+ years in AI-powered systems.
- Proficient in Python and comfortable with languages like C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering.
- Experience in productionizing applications and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Skilled in data ingestion and transformation using APIs and ETL pipelines.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and solve complex problems.
