Base Salary
$79k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain provisioning, firmware-management, and hardware lifecycle services.
- Support qualification and onboarding of new server, GPU, NIC, SmartNIC, and storage platforms.
- Build automation for firmware validation, metadata generation, compliance checks, and deployment readiness.
- Investigate and resolve production issues across provisioning, firmware, and hardware-management systems.
- Improve service reliability, scalability, and operational documentation.
- Provide on-call support for customer fleet issues in OCI data centers.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, compute, manufacturing, and vendor teams on secure hardware launches.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, on-call support, and post-incident improvements.
Requirements
- Experience developing software for provisioning, firmware management, hardware lifecycle management, or related infrastructure systems is required by the role responsibilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware–software integration issues and production systems.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, compute, manufacturing, and vendor teams.
- Ability to support design reviews, code reviews, operational documentation, on-call work, and post-incident improvements.
