Responsibilities
- Build backend services and APIs for various financial functionalities.
- Design reliable systems to support customer transactions and operational workflows.
- Integrate with internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Ensure backend quality across reliability, security, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, mobile, and AI teams to launch features.
- Improve existing systems by automating processes and simplifying workflows.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience in production systems.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Experience building services at meaningful scale.
- Strong debugging, reliability, and data quality mindset.
- Ability to make trade-offs between speed, correctness, and maintainability.
- Fintech or related experience is a plus but not required.
