Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
- Build and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Develop automation solutions to improve business-process efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Follow platform governance, security standards, and development best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with workflow design, automation, and process optimization.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
