Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
- Build and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Develop automation solutions to improve business-process efficiency.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Follow platform governance, security standards, and development best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with workflow design, automation, and process optimization.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaborative, and adaptable skills.
