Responsibilities
- Partner with diverse business stakeholders across Warner Music Group to identify problems and deliver impactful solutions.
- Build full-stack solutions spanning backend development, frontend development, data pipelines, AI tools, Python, and React.
- Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions that accelerate workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
- Rapidly understand ambiguous problem spaces and deliver solutions without fully curated requirements.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders from entry level through executive audiences, manage expectations, and provide updates.
- Use tools including Gemini, Cortex Code, and Genie Code to accelerate solution delivery.
- Contribute to engineering standards and align Forward Deployed solutions with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with Python, data pipelining such as ETL, and either Snowflake or Databricks.
- Exposure to customers and the ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language.
- Ability to work flexibly across backend, frontend, data, AI, and varied stakeholder problem spaces.
- Strong product sense, empathy, adaptability, creativity, and focus on customer impact.
- Preferred familiarity with Genie Code, Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit.
- Interest in music and motivation to support artists and the music business.
