Responsibilities
- Lead identification, design, piloting, and implementation of low-code/no-code process improvements.
- Develop and deploy Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps front ends, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint-based data flows, and AI Builder document-processing solutions from proof of concept through user acceptance testing and production.
- Translate operational pain points into automation opportunities and manage discovery, prototyping, testing, rollout, and outcome measurement.
- Maintain governance documentation, monitoring, compliance, and human-in-the-loop controls for each solution.
- Run train-the-trainer sessions and mentor colleagues to build low-code/no-code solutions independently.
- Drive adoption and value realization by refining solutions based on usage data and user feedback.
- Monitor emerging AI, agentic, and low-code capabilities to inform strategy and the automation roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, as well as Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, generative AI concepts, and their application to business process transformation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in process optimization and automation, ideally in financial services with exposure to low-code and AI solution delivery.
- Preferred: hands-on experience deploying virtual agents in regulated operational environments.
- Preferred: experience integrating solutions through connectors and APIs, including SharePoint, Dataverse, and premium connectors.
- Ability to work across global teams and influence without authority.
