Responsibilities

Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and unblock enterprise deals.
Decide whether customer requests require bespoke integrations or product improvements for broader use.
Build and ship full-stack product features and enterprise integrations end-to-end with limited direction.
Work with APIs, authentication, SSO, access control, and enterprise security reviews.
Build AI-powered creative engines using ElevenLabs’ audio and video stack.

Prior experience working directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or founding engineer at a B2B startup.
Experience presenting to enterprise clients.
Strong full-stack product engineering skills.
Comfort with integrations, APIs, authentication, SSO, access control, and security reviews.
Ability to translate customer requests into underlying requirements and determine when to build bespoke solutions versus generalized product improvements.
Ability to ship end-to-end with little direction.
Experience with localization or TMS integrations, brand or marketing tooling, or adtech is preferred.

Remote-first work from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to operate in European time zones and flexibility for customer time zones.
Option to work from ElevenLabs offices in Dublin, London, New York, or Warsaw.
