Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate issues across components of critical business systems.
- Analyze system behavior and resolve complex application support and technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and support business applications.
- Document and communicate technical findings and resolutions to stakeholders and team members.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance system stability and performance.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and provide troubleshooting guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex system issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing individual responsibilities.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
