Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Apply data transformation and mapping techniques to support data flow between systems.
- Work with APIs and web services to enable system interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Evaluate and improve software performance and maintainability.
- Document development processes and solutions.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques.
- Experience with APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
