Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy software solutions.
- Contribute to application systems analysis, programming activities, and critical software projects.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using software development best practices.
- Work with senior developers and architects to understand system design and implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand and deliver requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Apply secure coding and performance optimization techniques.
- Continuously improve technical skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of software development experience, with internships or academic projects accepted.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic proficiency in Java or another object-oriented programming language.
- Familiarity with databases such as Oracle or similar relational databases.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and knowledge of DevOps concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tracking systems.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and exposure to agile methodologies.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
