Responsibilities
- Own and deliver small- to medium-sized applications or application components through the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications using .NET, C#, RESTful APIs, Angular, and other UI technologies.
- Create and consume web services and data integrations.
- Provide technical thought leadership and recommend solutions aligned with business needs and priorities.
- Use AI coding assistants including Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, and build custom agents, skills, and MCP integrations.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders across business and IT functions.
- Analyze problems, anticipate issues, participate in design discussions, and deliver solutions on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Professional experience with .NET technologies, especially C# and RESTful APIs.
- Professional experience with Angular or other UI technologies.
- At least 1 year of experience working with geographically dispersed teams across different time zones.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, object-oriented design, application design, and development.
- Strong communication, analysis, design, development, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating and consuming web services and working with data.
- Preferred experience with cloud-based applications, .NET Core, Docker, container-based applications, multithreaded or performance-intensive applications, and Agile methodologies.
- Banking or brokerage industry experience is a plus.
- Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate are listed certifications.
