Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies for enterprise applications, AI-powered solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
- Create and maintain manual and automated test cases covering functionality, reliability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Validate AI and machine learning solutions, including model behavior, data quality, prompt performance, and responsible AI requirements.
- Perform performance, load, stress, security, regression, and integration testing.
- Identify, prioritize, track, retest, and validate software defects through resolution.
- Build and enhance automated testing frameworks for continuous integration and continuous delivery environments.
- Develop testing approaches for AI agents, generative AI applications, LLM integrations, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Lead complex testing efforts, drive quality engineering standards, mentor less experienced team members, and provide actionable quality recommendations.
- Collaborate with software engineers, AI engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality engineering, testing, or quality assurance.
- Experience with manual and automated testing across web, cloud, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with performance, security, and regression testing methodologies.
- Understanding of AI engineering concepts including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI system validation.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience supporting Agile and CI/CD environments.
- Preferred experience testing AI-powered applications, conversational AI platforms, or agentic AI solutions.
- Preferred knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, AI model evaluation frameworks, AI test automation, MLOps practices, and relevant testing, cloud, security, or AI certifications.
