Base Salary
$121k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement test automation frameworks and tools for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Consult with business and technical stakeholders to develop solution designs, functional test cases, and technical test cases.
- Implement test cases and create integration test plans for significant projects.
- Develop test automation strategies, processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Use and evaluate commercial and open-source testing frameworks and tools.
- Analyze failures in complex product features, develop troubleshooting techniques, and lead technical teams through technical or end-user scenarios.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members and technical teams on testing frameworks, automation, and code testability.
- Improve coordination and execution across technical teams and business partners.
Requirements
- At least seven years of relevant technology job experience.
- At least seven years of experience with C#, Selenium, NUnit, Jasmine, Protractor, JavaScript, Postman, Swagger, and related technologies.
- At least five years of collaborative team-environment experience.
- Expert competence with multiple relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Experience with TFS, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial terms and concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of mortgage terminology, concepts, and systems is preferred.
- A B.S. in Computer Science, B.S. in Software Engineering, or B.A. in Computer Information Systems, or equivalent, is preferred.
