Responsibilities
- Lead the DevOps team and coordinate operations, development, and testing functions.
- Design DevOps architecture and frameworks for project or module delivery.
- Select and deploy DevOps tools and platforms based on customer requirements.
- Manage IT infrastructure and DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between software, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Support application onboarding from planning through release.
- Integrate security throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and critical issues and develop corrective solutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer, share best practices, and support team capability building.
- Manage team resourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, engagement, and career progression.
Requirements
- Mandatory Google Cloud DevOps skills.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Experience designing and managing DevOps architecture, tools, platforms, pipelines, infrastructure, monitoring, and release processes.
- Experience troubleshooting DevOps implementation issues and conducting root cause analysis.
- Experience leading and managing a technical team.
