Base Salary
$113k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Oracle solutions that transform clients’ business operations.
- Design and test Oracle solutions across processes, integrations, data, reporting, and security.
- Create solutions and transformation roadmaps with project teams and clients.
- Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and executive presentations.
- Develop trusted client relationships and present solution recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Support sales pursuits through solution development, estimation, proposals, demonstrations, and solution reviews.
- Build expertise across Oracle technical, functional, industry, and business capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience.
- At least 5 years supporting or leading full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops.
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle supply chain, manufacturing, or procurement; experience in additional Oracle pillars is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience with Oracle Agentic AI and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent 12 years of work experience, or an associate degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications, with multiple certifications preferred.
- Direct client experience and the ability to facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, design discussions, and executive presentations.
- Strong consulting, analytical, written, verbal communication, collaboration, and global-team skills.
