Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive AI-first engineering strategy and lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise Generative AI solutions.
- Design scalable, cloud-native architectures using LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and microservices.
- Build and deploy GenAI-powered applications using GPT-4/4o, Claude, Gemini, Llama, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Use GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve developer productivity.
- Define and promote engineering standards across CI/CD, DevOps, API integration, and cloud-native application development.
- Design AI solutions using AWS and Amazon Bedrock and support scalable AI platforms and services.
- Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions while influencing architecture and engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and delivering Generative AI solution architectures, including LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Experience developing GenAI solutions with GPT-4/4o, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
- Strong experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, cloud-native architecture, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools in enterprise software engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience with AI platform engineering and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Strong stakeholder leadership and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include Palantir experience, insurance-domain knowledge, leadership of AI-first engineering or enterprise GenAI transformation initiatives, and experience designing reusable AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, or agent-based solutions.
