Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of Quality Engineering through GenAI-powered automation, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted testing.
- Design and implement AI agents for test case generation, automation development, defect analysis, self-healing frameworks, and legacy automation modernization.
- Architect enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, and automation technologies.
- Define and execute AI-driven Quality Engineering roadmaps, governance strategies, responsible AI practices, and value-realization metrics.
- Mentor engineering and QA teams and lead globally distributed engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive proof-of-concept and AI transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 16+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, Test Automation, and enterprise-scale quality transformation programs.
- Hands-on expertise with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI-powered test automation, intelligent test design, defect prediction, and root cause analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Selenium, Playwright, API automation, and scalable reusable test automation frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building agentic AI solutions using Semantic Kernel, MCP, AI Skills, multi-agent architectures, and autonomous workflow frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development and testing across the SDLC, AI technology integration, governance, security, compliance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI principles is preferred.
- Proven ability to define Quality Engineering strategies and automation roadmaps, lead globally distributed teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
