Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement GenAI-powered solutions for automated test design, code generation, test execution, test data generation, and defect analysis.
  • Design and build AI-assisted UI and API automation frameworks and scalable quality engineering solutions.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of Generative AI solutions involving prompt engineering, model optimization, and RAG frameworks.
  • Define Quality Engineering and GenAI adoption roadmaps, governance standards, and responsible AI practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor engineers on GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, model deployment, and AI safety practices.
  • Lead global teams and drive measurable quality and productivity improvements.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, and enterprise-scale test automation programs.
  • Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and AI-assisted testing solutions.
  • Strong Python and Java programming skills with deep experience in Selenium, Playwright, API Automation, and scalable automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and related AI ecosystems.
  • Experience defining QE strategy, automation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and enterprise adoption approaches.
  • Preferred experience with synthetic data creation, intelligent test case generation, AI-powered quality engineering platforms, and productivity accelerators.
  • Preferred knowledge of transformer architectures, large language models, multimodal AI, and model fine-tuning approaches.
  • Preferred experience evaluating AI platforms and vendors and making build-versus-buy decisions.
  • General Insurance or Property & Casualty Insurance domain experience is preferred.
