Responsibilities
- Lead automation-first quality engineering strategies and transformation initiatives across large-scale programs.
- Design and implement scalable automation architectures for UI, API, mobile, and database testing.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI-powered testing using large language models, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted automation.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders on quality engineering strategy and enterprise transformation.
- Lead program planning, execution, governance, risk management, budgets, and delivery oversight.
Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering with deep expertise in test methodologies, frameworks, and enterprise testing practices.
- 10+ years of program and project management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives.
- Proven experience driving test automation transformation and establishing automation-first delivery models.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing executive and C-level communications, strategic planning, governance, budgets, risks, and delivery execution.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, AI-driven testing, CI/CD quality engineering, DevOps-driven testing, enterprise change management, transformation consulting, organizational modernization, and the General Insurance domain.
