Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks.
- Drive UI and API test automation strategies to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with development, QA, business, client, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into automation solutions.
- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
- Strong experience with test automation using Java, Selenium, Gherkin, Python, Git, and GitHub.
- Proven expertise with UI and API test automation frameworks.
- Experience with GenAI tools and solutions such as Copilot and Claude.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and trends.
