Base Salary

$160k - $193k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop scalable CI/CD systems for embedded and vehicle software platforms.
  • Build automation frameworks that support continuous integration, continuous testing, and automated regression.
  • Develop internal engineering tools to improve developer velocity and software quality.
  • Lead automation efforts for embedded Linux platforms and ECU software.
  • Design infrastructure for distributed test execution across various environments.
  • Build intelligent test orchestration systems to optimize execution time and resource utilization.
  • Integrate automated quality gates including static analysis and performance validation.
  • Drive 'shift-left' validation practices to detect issues earlier in the development lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with firmware, platform, vehicle integration, validation, and cloud infrastructure teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 12+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and ECU-level software stacks.
  • Expertise with modern DevOps and infrastructure tools like Jenkins and Docker.
  • Familiarity with embedded software and electrical systems.
  • Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN and LIN.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive action across teams.
  • Knowledge of automotive design and development processes.
