Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evolve real-time detection and mitigation mechanisms for malicious automation.
- Develop high-performance microservices in Go using scalable, resilient, and observable architectures.
- Research scraping and bot techniques to create controls against sophisticated behavior.
- Analyze large volumes of traffic to identify abuse patterns and automate security controls.
- Collaborate with Security, Platform, and Infrastructure teams to incorporate signals and respond to new threats.
Requirements
- Backend development experience with Go and microservices architecture.
- Experience applying engineering practices related to testing, observability, error handling, performance, and software design.
- Experience processing large volumes of data or working with real-time systems.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures such as AWS or GCP and CI/CD practices.
- Analytical thinking, autonomy, technical curiosity, and collaborative working ability.
