Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, regression suites, and functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
- Validate backend services, REST APIs, database integrations, data accuracy, and complex business workflows.
- Test Agentic AI applications, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, tool invocation, prompts, and model behavior.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release validation, deployment verification, and production support.
- Analyze defects, perform root-cause analysis, and track issues through resolution using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in complete software testing activities.
- Experience with test automation, API testing, REST APIs, Postman, Swagger, or automated API testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, autonomous systems, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, AI-powered applications, LLMs, chatbots, or intelligent automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation, prompt testing, observability, and model validation techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and database testing.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in performance, security, or reliability testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Financial services, capital markets, asset management, data analytics, index/benchmark, and asset-management experience are preferred.
- Experience and understanding of Agile methodology are preferred.
