Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual testing of Salesforce workflows including Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, and custom Lightning Web Components.
- Design and maintain Playwright automation scripts to expand regression coverage and improve CI/CD efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements and user stories to create test plans and test cases.
- Validate data integrity across Salesforce objects and downstream ERP and data warehouse systems using SOQL and SQL.
- Test Salesforce Chatbot, Omni-Channel, functional, integration, regression, and UAT scenarios.
- Test REST and SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman and JMeter.
- Identify, document, and track defects in Jira while coordinating resolution with developers and technical program managers.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups, reporting testing progress and blockers.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience testing Salesforce platforms.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, and Workflows.
- Strong experience testing Salesforce Chatbot and Omni-Channel.
- Expertise in manual functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Practical experience or strong theoretical knowledge of Playwright for web automation.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP API testing using tools such as Postman or JMeter.
- Expert knowledge of Jira for test management and SOQL for database querying.
