Responsibilities
- Develop complete end-to-end software solutions from vision through production readiness.
- Use front-end and back-end languages to build full-stack solutions.
- Evaluate current architecture and operating environments while planning for future functionality and enhancements.
- Identify system improvements and resolve complex client challenges.
- Acquire client requirements and improve workflows through automation optimization.
- Collaborate with teams and use automated testing tools for testing and maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks such as C#, C, C++, .NET, or JavaScript.
- Experience developing complete solutions with front-end and back-end languages.
- Experience solving complex problems in a collaborative team environment.
- Secret clearance and eligibility for access to classified information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Preferred experience includes Java, React, NodeJS, databases, systems-level Linux, networking, filesystems, containers, automation optimization, Rust, modern C++, and automated testing tools.
- Candidates must complete Booz Allen’s required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.

- Annual salary range of $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 USD.
- Employees working virtually are generally expected to keep cameras on during meetings; remote roles may occasionally require work at a Booz Allen or customer facility, while hybrid and onsite arrangements involve facility-based work as required.
