Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the full vulnerability lifecycle and respond to external threats.
- Design and build autonomous systems and AI tooling to scale security.
- Partner with product engineers to ensure secure feature development.
- Shape Persona's presence in the security research community through a bug bounty program.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years in product security.
- Ability to translate security risk into product decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience embedding security into an engineering team's SDLC.
