Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the full vulnerability lifecycle and Persona’s response to external threats.
- Design and build autonomous systems and AI tooling to scale security across teams and products.
- Partner with product engineers to shape secure development of new features and systems.
- Run the bug bounty program and develop Persona’s presence in the security research community.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience is required.
- At least 3 years of product security experience is required.
- Experience translating security risk into product decisions with non-technical stakeholders is required.
- Experience embedding security into an engineering team’s software development lifecycle is required.
- Familiarity with SAST/DAST tooling, dependency scanning, or bug bounty programs is preferred.
- Compliance experience with SOC 2 or HIPAA in a cloud-native environment is preferred.
- Experience building systems handling sensitive data such as HIPAA-regulated, financial, or identity data is preferred.
