Base Salary
$180k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and launch ClipBox, a new web platform within Medal.
- Own projects end-to-end, from UX design to implementation.
- Scale real-time video tracking and analytics across numerous videos.
- Develop secure payment and payout workflows.
- Integrate social APIs like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and tech leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Ability to work in-person in NYC, 5 days a week.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of code performance in production.
- Experience building and shipping products from 0 → 1 is a bonus.
