Base Salary
$112k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through close.
- Lead technical discovery to uncover business objectives and solution requirements.
- Architect and present solutions that map Yext capabilities to customer outcomes.
- Serve as the primary technical voice in customer conversations.
- Prototype, build, and demo working solutions to resolve customer challenges.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven business value narratives.
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and align on strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions post-sale.
- Act as a mentor to other Solutions Engineers and contribute to onboarding efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles within SaaS.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on technical experience with LLM tools and building prototypes.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused narratives.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Willingness to travel to various regions supported by Yext (estimated 25%).
