Base Salary
$161k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy customer-facing product features used by institutional real estate investors.
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, and similar AI coding tools as a core part of the development workflow.
- Collaborate with product and design to shape features and carry them through to production.
- Review commits and AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Own work end-to-end and deliver without step-by-step management.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to earlier-career engineers.
Requirements
- Hands-on production experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- A BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience.
- 4+ years building web application back ends using Ruby, Flask, Node, or similar technologies.
- 4+ years building web application front ends using React, Angular, Vue, or similar technologies.
- Ability to own features end-to-end and deliver without heavy oversight.
- Strong understanding of data structures, system design, performance, reliability, and data integrity tradeoffs.
- Ability to evaluate code for correctness, security, maintainability, bugs, edge cases, performance issues, and security gaps.
- Clear written and verbal communication, product sense, independence, and a mentorship orientation.
- Nice to have: experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-assisted workflows in production.
- Nice to have: background in high-growth SaaS and interest in commercial real estate or fintech.
