Base Salary

$144k - $209k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers and the design team to bring AI-powered fan features to life.
  • Lead end-to-end product initiatives and contribute to SeatGeek’s frontend technology strategy with a focus on generative AI.
  • Mentor and grow web engineers across the organization.
  • Architect performant and maintainable web applications and troubleshoot caching inefficiencies and distributed systems.
  • Use monitoring and testing to evaluate product and system performance.
  • Work full stack in Python when needed and contribute to user-facing, inclusive, and accessible experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience.
  • Recent experience leading product initiatives end-to-end, preferably involving user-facing AI.
  • Exceptional TypeScript/JavaScript knowledge and familiarity with at least one modern framework and client-side rendering technique.
  • Strong UI and product instincts, including attention to accessible and inclusive web experiences.
  • Experience architecting for performance and maintainability, troubleshooting distributed systems, and evaluating changes with monitoring and testing.
  • Comfort working full stack in Python when needed.
  • Some experience with Figma or Sketch is helpful, but willingness to learn is accepted.
