Senior Developer, Fullstack - Python

- Develop backend automation that integrates metadata sources and generates governed artifacts such as data contracts.
- Design and build agent-enabled applications, workflows, MCP servers, and data-readiness utilities.
- Build user-facing interfaces for platform and data-discovery workflows.
- Deliver production-quality services with sound API design, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Contribute to architecture, engineering best practices, scalability, automation, security, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Strong Python engineering skills, including FastAPI, asynchronous services, API design, and schema validation with Pydantic or JSON Schema.
- Experience with React, Vue.js, ES6, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with Neo4j, Supabase, cloud computing, serverless architecture, and preferably AWS.
- Experience architecting agentic workflows and AI-driven solutions with LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Understanding of Graph RAG data structures, data-engineering principles, data governance, and catalogue tooling.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
- Consulting experience is required; experience in regulated or life-sciences environments and connections in the life-sciences industry are preferred.
- Experience building and consuming MCP servers and familiarity with data-contract standards are preferred.
