Responsibilities

Build and deliver scalable, high-performance FX trading solutions.
Develop backend services and responsive front-end applications with real-time UI capabilities.
Work with Java/Spring microservices, React or Angular front ends, Kafka or MQ messaging, and distributed data platforms.
Collaborate with product, trading, sales, and engineering teams.
Own system design, code quality, agile delivery, test automation, and continuous improvement.
Use AI-driven development approaches and tools to improve engineering productivity.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of software development experience.
Experience with Java, Spring, Angular, React, messaging frameworks such as MQ and Kafka, relational databases, and SQL.
Experience with AI-driven development tools such as Claude, Codex, Copilot, or Windsurf.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively on an agile software development team.
Financial services experience, particularly with FX trading applications, is highly desirable.

The role is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
