Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of AI-first agentic systems from ideation and requirements gathering through architecture, implementation, hands-on testing, and launch.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to embed autonomous, continuously learning, and adaptive AI capabilities directly onto smart devices.
- Experiment with and deploy AI models and algorithms including reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, power efficiency, and reliability on SoC platforms.
- Develop and ship innovative AI and embedded products for automotive, industrial automation, and IoT applications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on AI product development through real-world agentic projects or public GitHub artifacts.
- Deep expertise in agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, adaptive algorithms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, persistent memory operating systems, and collaborative multi-agent architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++.
- Strong experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Ability to solve complex problems, communicate effectively, and provide leadership.
- Preferred: experience with hardware/software co-design and integrating code with circuits.
- Preferred: hands-on experience developing and optimizing resource-constrained embedded software.
- Preferred: track record of shipping AI and embedded products to market.
