Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners to discover needs and translate business problems into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and deploy business integrations using iPaaS platforms like Tray.io.
- Work closely with engineers and product teams to align integration work with broader technical initiatives.
- Lead efforts to consolidate and optimize the integration platform ecosystem for scalability and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows using AI technologies.
- Iterate and improve integration solutions based on user feedback.
- Create and maintain clear documentation and runbooks.
- Contribute to integration roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Research advancements in iPaaS and AI/ML technologies.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Santiago (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Over 3 years of professional experience in integration engineering or related technical roles.
- Practical experience building integrations on at least one iPaaS platform, preferably Tray.io.
- Strong programming skills in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or Ruby).
- Over 1 year of experience in AI/ML projects, including building AI-powered solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of API design, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications and databases.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in unstructured environments.
- Proven track record of effective teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to code quality and documentation.
