Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers on the design, development, and implementation of solutions across the PagerDuty Operations Cloud.
- Perform comprehensive scoping assessments to define technical and business requirements for platform deployment.
- Lead end-to-end deployment projects, ensuring seamless integration of PagerDuty solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for customer-facing teams and support customer account teams in meetings and strategy planning.
- Provide direct customer feedback to PagerDuty Product & Development teams for future product improvements.
- Develop a deep understanding of PagerDuty products and workflows used in customer engagements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer in enterprise-level environments.
- Proficient in AWS, Kubernetes, Serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experienced in deploying generative AI models and integrating them into complex platforms.
- Skilled in using AI Coding Assistants for rapid prototyping and delivery.
- Proficient in Python, Java, React, and TypeScript for building REST APIs and data pipelines.
- Proven track record in debugging, testing, security, and managing the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience managing large-scale platform deployments and AI initiatives.
- Ability to influence senior executives and translate technical strategies into business outcomes.
- Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative environments.
- Advanced credentials in AI, Cloud, or DevOps/SRE are preferred.
- Comfortable providing technical guidance directly to clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
