Responsibilities
- Lead technical decisions and translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Define scalable domain boundaries and service architectures.
- Design, build, and evolve backend capabilities and APIs across multiple systems.
- Own end-to-end product features, including scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Drive engineering best practices through hands-on coding, mentorship, and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, customer-facing software products.
- Strong expertise in backend services, distributed systems, and application/data integration.
- Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design and API-first principles in multi-tenant platforms.
- Strong full-stack engineering background with deep knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, or strong backend experience with Java, .NET/C#, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
- Ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects end-to-end.
- Experience with AWS cloud architecture and infrastructure design is preferred.
- Exposure to LLMs or AI-related technologies and platform or shared-service architectures is preferred.
