Responsibilities

Drive the development and testing of new capabilities in mobile and web apps.
Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand their needs.
Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements.
Influence upcoming development by collaborating with product teams across ArcGIS.
Advocate for the customer and represent their workflows in product design.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
Provide in-depth analysis for complex product issues and propose solutions.
Assess product quality and release readiness through writing and reviewing test plans.
Write and present educational content for GIS staff and mobile workers.
Identify and implement process improvements across the development team.

5+ years of experience with Esri products such as ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, and/or Online.
Experience configuring and deploying Esri Field Apps.
Expertise in modern software languages like Python or JavaScript.
Proven track record of delivering sustainable software solutions.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Passion for delivering quality work efficiently, both in teams and individually.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field.
