Base Salary
$94k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs and industrial trends into technical requirements for future ArcGIS Enterprise software releases.
- Design and evolve end-to-end observability pipelines across ArcGIS Enterprise deployments.
- Contribute to the design of AI Driven Root Cause Analysis capabilities.
- Partner on the design of data-driven models for sizing and capacity guidance.
- Collaborate with product engineers and development engineers on software project teams.
- Share workflows in help topics, blog articles, presentations, tutorials, and samples.
- Troubleshoot and triage customer issues.
- Review and analyze automated test results and certify software quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS platform technologies.
- Solid foundation of observability concepts: metrics, logs, traces, SLIs, SLOs.
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus / Grafana.
- Robust experience developing and implementing test plans and test automation.
- Experience working with Python, Java, or other scripting languages.
- Strong experience translating customer needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build and deliver quality software in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
