Base Salary
$94k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Become a technical expert in ArcGIS Enterprise Business Analyst extensions.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to assess product quality and readiness.
- Contribute to software requirements, UX design, testing, and documentation.
- Identify and track software issues, creating reproducible QA scenarios.
- Craft product demonstrations and create supporting materials for users.
- Triage customer issues and gather requirements for future features.
- Support software migration and development in scalable environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, Pro, and Online.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux, with working knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Understanding of ArcGIS APIs and location services.
- Experience debugging web services and client applications.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, computer science, or related field.
