Base Salary
$94k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for the ArcGIS Enterprise Business Analyst extension and collaborate on product quality and release readiness.
- Contribute to software requirements, continuous improvement, UX design, testing, documentation, release, and support.
- Identify and track software issues, create reproducible QA scenarios, and communicate test results.
- Create product demonstrations, presentations, videos, blogs, and user best-practice materials.
- Triage and prioritize customer issues, gather customer requirements, and evaluate features for future releases.
- Support software migration and development across scalable cloud and on-premises environments.
- Support development of multinational on-premises data packages and software components.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Esri software, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, computer science, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux and working knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Understanding of ArcGIS APIs and location services such as GeoEnrichment.
- Experience debugging web services and client applications using browser developer tools and tools such as Fiddler.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Preferred: technical documentation experience, AWS knowledge, familiarity with ArcGIS scripting and automation tools, software development and testing experience, and familiarity with AI standards and protocols including LLMs and agentic systems.
