Responsibilities

Engage with product management and user communities to synthesize user requirements.
Collaborate with engineers to build and test ArcGIS functionality for enterprise geodatabases.
Drive planning, design, quality assurance, certification, and release of data management functionality.
Define documentation objectives for communicating technology to users.
Communicate plans and status to internal stakeholders and senior management.
Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies with existing software.
Drive the development process, including planning and reviews.
Assess product quality and release readiness.

5+ years of experience with ArcGIS software solutions.
Experience with application development languages like C#, Java, C++, or Python.
Strong expertise in commercial RDBMS.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Self-motivated team player interested in continuous learning.
Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
