Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom Salesforce applications and components.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.
- Use declarative tools and programmatic development within the Salesforce platform.
- Apply integration techniques and data migration strategies in Salesforce environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain performance.
- Participate independently in team discussions, provide solutions, and become a subject matter expert.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data migration strategies.
- Salesforce Field Service Lightning experience is required or preferred as stated in the posting.
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Agentforce experience are good-to-have qualifications.
